Play Insight: This is a very unique animation that has been brought back to Madden 2012. If you notice your opponent in bump and run coverage or any other single man coverage with no safety help, it would be an opportune time to attempt this animation. Streak whichever wide receiver you think has the best chance at roasting the defensive back deep.
The best bet would be to either throw to a fast wide receiver like Desean Jackson or a wide receiver with a high beat press rating like Vincent Jackson. Once you notice the WR open deep, lob the ball, click on the wide receiver and hold X for the animation. Do not tap X otherwise you will dive immediately and not catch the ball. Also, only attempt this if your WR has a step on the defensive back.

1. Streak any WR
2. Click on the open WR
3. Hold X, DO NOT TAP X
