This play is a great find in this years game, as this five wide “bunch quad” type formation is only found within the PHI playbook.  The tricky thing about this formation is that you would expect to find this formation within a five WR set.  This formation is actually found from a trips bunch formation, while the RB is then on the outside right acting as an outside WR.

This formation is a “hidden” formation with only a few plays within, so make the best of the routes and positioning of the players in this formation.

1. Out route your left outside WR.
2. Streak your TE.
3. Inside slant the farthest right WR in the bunch.
4. In route your RB. (Far outside right WR)
