Endzone Fade Routes

Scoring in the redzone and specifically inside the 10 yard line is always a hard feat to accomplish in any Madden.  Your opponent will normally drop players back in coverage, not giving you much room to move as well as double and some times even triple coverages.  The fade route is a very effective and popular way to score within the 10 yard line.

All that you must do is have an outside WR that has a good jump rating and is tall.  Once you have the correct personnel and in the correct spot, all that you have to do is hot route that player to a fade route.   Once on the fade just tap the button and lob the ball.  Your WR will come down with the ball on double coverage and sometimes even on three players.  This will also get one on one matchups underneath, due to the fact that one defender is not enough to guard this fade route inside the 10 yard line.

This is a Madden 101 tip, so if you haven’t already — go check it out.
